I had a delightful stay at a lovely homely accommodation. The hosts went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even preparing a special breakfast for me in advance when I had to leave early. The upgraded room with a kitchenette and a view of the beautiful Lilly pond was simply perfect. Conveniently located near Christchurch and the airport, with a delicious berries shop just across the road for a refreshing treat. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice touches like tea and coffee facilities. The only area that could be improved is the insulation in the rooms, as they were a bit chilly on a cold night.

We had a pleasant experience during our stay. The location was perfect for our early flight, being just a short drive away from the airport. The room was clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had good variety and was a great start to our day. the staff was helpful and accommodating with our late check-in.
The entrance to our room was through the main house, which made it a bit awkward and uncomfortable. We had to walk through the dining area where other guests were dining, and it felt like we were invading their space.

Best aspects of the stay were the warm and friendly welcome from the hosts and the spacious rooms. the beds were comfortable and clean; the large kitchen area was welcoming and well-maintained. the breakfast served offered variety including gluten-free bread and there was an ample supply of tea and coffee. the location of the accommodation placed us within easy reach of the airport and other facilities.
Worst aspects would be that be aware that if you are a light sleeper, the adjacent busy street may cause a bit of disturbance, sirens and busy traffic early morning hours. the heating seemed insufficient, and it could be rather chilly in winter although there were some heaters provided.

It's conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to catch an early morning flight. the location also offers close access to a club for meals, so it's convenient who do not have a car.
The room was the size of a garden shed, and the bathroom was cramped.

The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices for a cozy and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the airport and provided an easy journey for those heading north in the morning. The hotel's attention to detail and basic amenities made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the beautifully maintained gardens added to the overall charm of the property.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking variety and catering more towards a typical unhealthy kiwi breakfast.
